Is the Regions Air web page being up confirmed as not being a hoax?

From an article in the Tennessean:

The main number at the airline's Smyrna office has been disconnected, but a RegionsAir lawyer said the airline's assets are being sold to a holding company for an undisclosed sum. The lawyer, Michael Moulis, declined to identify the buyers but said, "It's a whole new group."
