So this "arbitrator" is going to ignore an legally standing arbitrated list because why? LOL
If the merger happens, there are three ratified pilot contracts in force that must be negotiated into a joint agreement. Part of the proposal from the company will be an SLI method, which incidentally has nothing to do with outdated, obsolete, and inadequate TAs of the past that refer to such things as two groups and ALPA. Heck, by the time this all flushes out, who is to say that there won't be four groups merging to two, or some other unexpected combo.
Nic or not, the possible AMR+East/West combo would give all pilots at the table tremendous career expectation. This is a time for East and West to come together and focus on competing with APA to create value against DAL/UAL/SWA/JBU/EK.
I'm wondering this time around if binding arbitration will mean binding arbitration? This should be really fun to watch!! Game on!!
Okay - accept the Binding Seniority Award from Nicolau and the West and East can work together...
Classless.... very disappointingWhere is that jerkoff....OY6? Whats his take on this or does he just read Southwest threads?
