I welcome the pay raise part

Did APA discuss seniority integration and how Nic would affect things?

No need to, the easties are a crumb on a plate.

AA has over 10k pilots , the easties are about 2k.

The easties will be lucky to have a job when this is over with.

You don't even know how many East pilots are active.... Nor do you realize that the active West pilots are less than half the number of East. Talk about crumbs...

The fastest way forward from a business decision is offer a contract that no one can decline, with condition that SLI will be assumed to be ratified upon arbitrator's decision, of three lists.

This is a power play from the Unions on the AMR side. There are 9 creditors on the Bankruptcy board and this will give them 3 votes. That's it. It's what the call a pipe dream.

No, it's Parker offering AA creditors more money. They have a plan, mote money for creditors, and unions on their side. The BK judge has to take that into consideration. Parker learned a lot since the attempted DL takeover.

Godspeed!

Rack one up on management's tally board. They learned from the current fiasco. "Merge" companies, cut the the requisite number of pilots. After all, do they REALLY care which ones? Then forget about raises, negotiations, scope or any other pettiness for the next decade while pilots are busy fighting amongst themselves. Not only that but pilots will loudly boast of the fact that they haven't had an increase in 20 years (on top of millions in litigation) but they held their ground and never let the other group get the better of them.

Shear brilliance!!

So this "arbitrator" is going to ignore an legally standing arbitrated list because why? LOL
