Over 17 years that's about 9 a year or less than 1 a month. The significance of this is subjective.
Until you compare it to the number of SW guys who left to go to AT....

Hopefully these trannies will pull their heads out of their butts sooner rather than later. It's painful to watch them with very little leverage piss away their golden lottery ticket. Take the staple and count your blessings. You could end up with jack squat.
Dude
Their golden lottery was destroyed the day that SWA bought them
there is no way to merge these 2 seniority lists in a fair manor
ain't gonna happen
Besides the AAI guys going to SW, what about the others?
AAI to DL
AAI to Fedex
AAI to UPS
AAI to Alaska
AAI to JetBlue
AAI to United, etc, etc..
When you add it all up, I would say it's a pretty significant number. There really is no way to argue that it's not.
The term 'significant attrition' was floated I guess.
And all of them did not go to WN, wonder why?
Didn't pass the interview?
You took a chance at tranny, didn't work out. Don't let this opportunity of a lifetime pass you by.
This is merely an airline merger, not the first, and won't be the last.

We have well over 160 AT guys at SWA. That is 10%. I would hardly say they are few and far between.
Yes, there is no question that some chose to make lateral moves (for the most part)
