After reading all these posts, the best decision is to NOT even go to this interview!!!! It does not make sense to allow yourself to be dis-respected,degraded and insulted on a daily basis, not to mention being taken advantaged of.There are other companies out there!!!!
There are a few occasions that people have been insulted but not many.
The Sked often is disrespectful of one's need for quality time at home and quality rest. Not so much the scheduling department, but the way the lines are written. Not so muchly different than some other regional airlines that only gaurantee 10 days off per month.
The pay scale is degrading-no one can argue that!!! But as far as I know there are only two line pilots left that were there when the pay freeze went into effect so everyone else has willingly allowed themselves to be taken advantage of. Hence the large turnover on the FO side of the seniority list-they get a raise going to another regional, a year later as second year FO somewhere else they are making more than a Regions Air Captain.
Regions bills themselves as a stepping stone. The word of advice that I would give is that if you want to go to a stepping stone, that stone should be solid at least as solid as anything can be in this industry. It should also provide some compensation for longevity.
Regions Air fails both of those tests.
As thinking people you are free to establish your own criteria...
