PSA build-up lines
If you are talking about the more senior group of FOs from this current upgrade round and the previous then yes, the bust rate was high due the to the reasons I laid out before. For the rest of the upgrading FOs the bust rate is nowhere near that bad. It really is not that hard to pass upgrade. -

That's not true. There was a high bust rate for some super senior FO's due mainly to lack of study/non-standardness. Training is not that hard. -

Hold for release is fine. However if crews are receiving a void time and accepting it while still at the gate there is a problem that needs to be addressed. -

To anyone interested in US Airways
Just an FYI... We have had a pilot apply to Us Airways and get an interview date only to have it rescinded and the pilot was told that he may not interview till March because he is Wholly Owned. Even if a WO wanted to apply, he/she cannot get an interview. -

PSA Vs. Comair
Go to Comair if you have a choice. Neither seem to have any advancement in the future but Comair will get you more pay with more time off. Go to PSA only if you enjoy abuse from managers and schedulers who could not care less about you. Skeezer -
