All pilots that fly on the Republic certificate are on the Chautauqua pilot seniority list. Anyone that gets hired at CHQ, Republic, or Shuttle America will be on the same list (Chautauqua). The original Saab Shuttle guys and Mid-Atlantic guys are a different story all together. Do a search... -

EMB-145, Headsets?
ANR does not work well to cancel out the high frequency noise (wind noise) that is produced in the ERJ cockpit. About the only ANR model that works OK is the Bose, and I've even seen guys wear earplugs with them to help a little more. I would suggest something that has good passive reduction... -

For CHQ Pilots
it is the most junior of the whole system. it will continue to be too because FLL is a hard place to commute to and not many people live in that area to begin with. there are 12 crews there now and should grow to over 20 in the next couple of months. -
