Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner.
In the distant past they posted more slots than they will fill with a Training Window that accounts for planned hiring.
They'll likely do the same going forward, but what do I know...
My last Commander was one of them. The pod didn't land properly. He lost his ejection seat qual and transitioned to C-5s then C-21s.
He was the BEST Boss I've ever had.
We did an 8-ship formation of C-21s (Lears) and C-12s (King Airs) back in 1992. The lear is a fine platform at speed, but it was little wobbly at speeds for the King Airs.
I got to do several other formation flights at Scott, Keesler, and Edwards (used to take the C-21 there for Test Pilot...
You have proposed a reasonable solution regarding intergration.
I wish that you had been as vocal about a reasonable solution during the Delta Furloughs.

PS - I was never furloughed.
As others have said, don't worry about it.
Concentrate on the tests and interviews (be yourself!).
I overstudied and worried too much about the little stuff.
I wish you success!
William
The guys who complain this are the WORST FIRST OFFICERs in the system.
They rarely have the preflight done before reading the checklist, don't read the checklist properly, and constantly have to be reminded about their responsibilites as the pilot-not-flying or whatever you call it at your...
The Spite which was placed on furloughed Delta Pilots has not been forgotten, even by those not affected by it.
You are following a logical fallacy.
William
Edited - Because I can't type coherently. There are still problems with my speling.
It's not uncommon for many pilots (Delta, etc.) to non-rev once a year. Delta routinely changes policies regarding our benefits. I doubt you'll find many pilots who know all the changes, especially those that only affect a connection-carrier.
Are you trying to imply that this pilot was being...
Todd,
Your request is not unreasonable, but this isn't the forum it used to be. I suggest you contact one of your coworkers from your time at Delta. They're probably senior to most of the Delta folks on this forum and will be much more likely to help you out.
Unless they're about to expire...
T-38 is an OUTSTANDING airframe: easy to fly, easy to land, and very easy in formation.
As others have said, supersonic isn't as big a thrill as you would think - at altitude with no real perspective on the speed. The T-38 was great down low, especially in formation!
If I had the money, I...
