Did Jake go to SWA?
I was watching the new Beavis and Butthead and they were making of "The Bachelor." that got me to thinking.... Did Jake leave ASA yet?
I will be trying to catch a ride home on SWA out of EWR. I'll be there several hours before the flight.
Can I request the jumpseat from the ticket counter or do I have to wait at the gate to check in an hour before the flight? Is there a customer service counter that will check me in? Do I...
The airline I work for just added the requirement for all FOs to keep a 1st Class medical. We are told that this keeps us in line with ICAO requirements. Are FOs required to maintain a 1st Class medical at your airline? What happens to FOs that can't hold a 1st Class but can hold a 2nd Class...
JetBlue pilots "represented" by the Pilot Values Committee have just voted to give away 10% of JETBLUE flying to regionals in aircraft up to 78 seats.
How's that for looking out for you best interests!
I hope the newer guys coming on have their eyes wide open before they get to the line...
My wife and I are buying 2 tickets on SWA and will be traveling with our two infant children (<2 yrs old). Does SWA allow pre-boarding so to get everyone settled in? Do the two checked car seats count against total bags checked?
Thanks,
S.
I wrestled with posting this update on a public forum. After reaching a limit of frustration, I thought some of you may like to see how it is our "Direct Relationship" is working at JetBlue. We are in the era of Republic Airlines. A company that has successfully replaced a brand of flying with...
It seems years ago you couldn't use CASS at the gate. You had to check in at the ticket counter.
I'll be passing through Vegas this week and would like to go from one gate to another.....
Can Frontier check CASS at the gate in Las Vegas?

Dear xxxxx:
Thank you for your e-mail about the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) implementation of CrewPass, a program that will facilitate pilot security screening.
TSA recently announced that it will begin a pilot program of CrewPass at two airports, including Denver...
Just heard that an Airbus class is running August 1st. Since that is pure Airbus (from what I know right now) is that to say the class on the 15th would be for 190 pilots?
Longhorn help me out! What do you know about it?
Thanks,
S.
How are the short call reserve times determined at jetBlue?
Are they assigned daily?
Can you bid for certain predetermined times?
Can you request late starts or early starts? When are the times assigned? (Night before?)
Thanks,
S.
I have an interview with Southwest sometime in June. I haven't a type and was called out of the blue. Over my time at my current job, I have known a couple people to go to SWA, but didn't know them real well and have flown with none.
I'll be going into the interview with L.O.R's from...
This is on the LCC forum, but it needs more exposure. Anyone at jetBlue have any information about the rumor that newhire classes have been canceled until sometime in August?
Thanks,
S.
