Airtran Jumpseat Listing?

Have to catch an unexpexted ride on Airtran tomorrow. Do I need to list ahead of time for a ride?

Things have gotten much better over the past few years, but we still have some Gate Agents that get a little confused over jumpseat stuff. If yours seems to be overwhelmed or unhelpful (ie tries to send you to Customer Service counter) look for one of us . . . . most of us commute, and are happy to help.
