As a wholly owned by Delta there WILL NEVER be a plan to "get more flying". If you are former XJ you should know this. We are under the thumb of Delta and that is how it will end. There does not need to be a plan-just to complete flights and make Delta money and in the end-profits for Delta and a higher profit sharing check for those Delta pilots (the reason ALPA (Delta ALPA) national pushed this as strongly as Pinnacle did on us. We take severe cuts while mainline Delta gets raises and a higher profit sharing check. They eased their conscious by creating the bridge to know where and say we have a chance at being Delta pilots.

I had the pleasure to talk to a very nice Delta pilot as we were dead heading on the same flight. He was shocked to hear that our FO pay was so low and responded with a question about our being able to go to Delta when they start hiring.

Did you tell him you voted yes on the TA? Idiot.

Yeah what's with that? Ive heard people blame Delta ALPA and even the Delta pilots for approving their TA which required lots of 50 seaters to be removed, but at the end of the day, 85% voted yes to what Delta was offering. The company knew the majority of CAs would pass it, but the FOs were the problem. The bridge to nowhere especially doesn't help FOs get to Delta, so the easy fix to get a yes vote was a 6000 dollar bribe. It worked.

You may strike them down but they'll only come back stronger... like cockroach infestations.

Sounds like weak spinless pilots who believes management and caves in to "save" the industry but in reality screwing everyone else who's willing to step up the game. You guys are really out there.

Yup...If you hate it so much and are so upset your still getting a paycheck, just quit...

Then you can come on this board and pound your chest, otherwise once again..

STFU
Check, and check.

You would have still gotten a paycheck if that turd TA was voted down, despite what you were led to believe.

Yeah, I would have got a bankruptcy imposed check that would have been 4% lower than the one I get now. I would have also got less days off, paid more for my healthcare, no more trip cancellation pay, lost the pay out, and every other fun part of the companies proposal. Than I would have to hear you bitch about how we should have taken the first offer and we screwed the industry. Monday morning quarterbacking is easy.

That is what you and your hero vxso continually fail to understand.

You two think that if everyone voted no, Delta was just going to throw up their hands and say "Oh you're right, keep your pay the way it is right now. YOU WIN!" "Second thought, you guys are so tough here is a raise."

Is that how that would have worked if we were all tough guys like you?

Luckily 85% of the pilots here are smarter than you and you're cowardly little troll buddy.
If you believed the union and company message that 9E would wind down unless you voted yes, why wouldn't you believe them when they said the company would not be going back to court to seek another motion 1113?

You sound like a FO Forever as your name implies, I don't understand what you gain by voting in a 4th year top at 37/hr. As a FO with no upgrade in sight, you'd be better off going to Skywest or Compass, and by 2nd year you'd make the same or more as a FO than you would as a 4th year maxed 9E FO. As a FO, why stick around 9E? If you voted yes for the 6k bribe, keep in mind that places like Republic and Eagle are offering 5k just to show up to class.

And please don't insult the rest of the regional industry by saying that 85% are smarter because they voluntarily voted in pay concessions that will drive down the next section 6 negotiations at another regional airline.

Who says I believe them?

You didn't answer the question.

What happens after the no vote?

You really think they would just give up and say "you win"?
