Since the etx104 has been used before, and is out of stock, I can provide either a custom fabbed 1221, 4Ah LFP unit with balancer
and DIY quick disconnects for $200
OR, better choice;
a more typical small cased battery. for $200
The ' 104 ' battery is 113 x 66 x 95 with 4ah , low discharge rated cells LFP type, with BMS ( which some may or may not want )
max discharge - 10A $179, 1.3 lbs, self discharge 3%/month ( bms's do have a tiny quiescent drain )
The balancing of the cells is the priority function.
Mine would offer a choice of BMS or no BMS, (balancer only)
case size; 110 x 66 x 105, weight 1.6 lbs, 5.0Ah, made of Sodium high rate cells, max discharge 100A
( higher the rate the less voltage drop under load )
As for charge current limiting, that would have to be handled external to the battery.
Both lithium and Sodium are fast charging cells.
