Now what the hell is everyone gonna bitch about now?????????????????

The fact that 975 pilots sold all the Bro guys and gals down the river. Thanks you selfish F***s!

I can't wait until the RJ Benedict Arnold's see their paycheck difference. I got a $20K raise a few months back and it amounts to about $200 a paycheck....I can't imagine what 1% of Skywest RJ rates will be. Sold your soul for a few bucks! Pathetic!

I understand the EMB guys didnt get anything, but the higher pay aircraft usually does go senior in most airlines so thats not an arguement.

Undoubtedly one of the dumbest posts (except for all of mine) I have seen on this site.

Well, the good news is:
1. SAPA can negotiate improvements at ANY TIME.
2. The Company policy is to "review" pay on an annual basis
3. Atleast as of now the company can still negotiate directly with their pilots, instead of someone in Washingon D.C. (Herndon)

Ok, the 2nd dumbest post I have seen on FI in a day!

ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do me a favor, put down the crackpipe man! I hope you are being sarcastic.

If I see one of those SAPA fools, I will give them a piece of my mind. I hope they never show up at UPS.

So no override for reserves or lineholders that don't hit 75 hours of block?
Is there a split rate for FOs in the 70/90?

Reserves will get the over ride for any time they flew the 700/900 and go over the 75 hour mark. Line holders I believe will get the over ride for any amount of time they actually fly the 700/900. There is a split rate for the FOs. Certainly not the best deal however it's something to tide us over til next year.

Easy there mega. A lot of SAPA folk out there are good guys and gals trying to do everything they can for the pilot group. But unfortunately, the only leverage they have after they say "please" is to say "pretty please." I think efforts should be concentrated on the ALPA drive rather than mother effing eachother. Hopefully this will be the last straw. It was for me.

Tide us over till next year. Your the reason life sucks in the regionals.....

This is the payscale I came up with from the package I saw- The 70/90 goes up 1% every year til 2010. Over ride is 5% of the RJ base rate, 6% in 2008, 7% in 2009, 8% in 2010.

Sarcasm is sneering, jesting, or mocking a person, situation or thing. It is strongly associated with irony, with some definitions classifying it as a type of verbal irony intended to insult or wound[1] -- stating the opposite of the intended meaning, e.g. using "that's amazing" to mean "that's awful". It is used in a humorous manner, often harshly, and is expressed through vocal intonations such as over-emphasizing the actual statement or particular words. Use of sarcasm is sometimes viewed as an expression of concealed anger[2]

Honest question, if you are at UPS now why does this concern you so much?
