Can anyone understand "problems" with NWA's seniority list?

I would think so. I can only dream of landing a job someday where there a rest facilities on board. That means an aircraft where the "additional crewmember" (F/E) has been replaced by tv screens. Our flight time limit is 12 hrs a day, unlimited duty. And if part of the flight is empty (tail-end ferry), part 91 rules apply which have no flight time limit. So yes, 15 hrs flying, 24 hr duty day shows up in my logbook somewhere. No relief pilot either. Rest? Scan the overhead for a while when things are quiet. Just make sure the other guy doesn't do the same thing. No upperdeck seats like on a 747 to lay down during a turn around. And guess what? It's all perfectly legal

Which version? Is the A332 bigger than the 764? I don't think so. The A332 is compared to the 767-300ER, and the A333 is compared to the 764. But hey, thanks to us, you guys got your pay raised on the A330 to equal the 764. Before it paid less than our 757s. Keep repeating that in your head, along with thank you.

Meanwhile, the 767-300ER is a physically smaller A/C and only seats 217. The A330-200 sure seems to be a lot closer to the 767-400 to me.

I've never gotten an answer from you guys about how many 400's at DAL are configured in the "trans-atlantic" configuration vs the standard config that has 285 seats.

BTW General, post BK, our A330 never paid less than your 757, and you know that. Why must you always resort to BS? Weakens your "convincing" factor tremendously.

I wouldn't bet against you on that. Rumor over here is 10 more to be announced very soon and WE know that RA loves the airplane. I agree, it will look great in the Delta paint. Let's face it, the A320 is not that great looking, but they made up for it with the 330, IMO.

Looks like the 764 is larger than the A332. That was the point here. As far as slinging poo, there is no need for that, but some guys like Clippy seem to forget that so far they have gotten a pretty good deal here, and we all hope it gets better for all of us. So far you guys have seen the benefits immediately, whereas we are looking forward to our future pay raises, all during this crappy economy. You might be right about the 757 vs the A330 pay rate, but it was darn close. With such a size difference between those 2 planes, that should mean something to you. And, it also means a lot of that money Steenland was holding was thanks to your post BK contract. But, we are together now, and we need to move on. Just remember how lucky we are to be getting raises in a downturn.

I think they are configuring all the 764's to trans atlantic config.

When it all comes down to it..the A330 and the 767 compliment each other with their different strengths. The 767 is one of the most comfortable planes to ride in (only 1 middle seat in each row).

Regardless, ya'll look like idiots with your "accurate poo throwing." The fact is that the 767 and A330 are transatlantic widebody aircraft and are used similarly...they each have their strengths.

Well, configuring all of them to the 246 seat configuration doesn't help GL's argument that the A330-200 should be considered equal to the 76300ER. With that config it will be clearer than it was before that the 330-200 is equivalent to the 76400....not the -300ER.

As for looking like an idiot, I've got to practice somewhere before 3/30/09 ........my DL uniform just came in the mail.
