ya, i would tend to agree with them. we are fully staffed now and unless there is a mass exodus, we only have a few guys going to Midwest pretty soon here... not enough to hire more i would say, but who the heck knows crazier things have happened! Good Luck!!

yes to midex, for the interview, read aviationinterviews.com it is/was a pretty simple Jepp and IFR written, make sure you know everthing and anything about jepp plates and charts. HR and Tech was fairly simple, dont lie, tell the truth, and be a normal relaxed human beeing and you should be fine
all depends. we have lines with 72 hours and lines with 98 hours..... do the math i guess. not sure what your asking but we do block or better. if your on reserve, well you will get 75, if holding a line, like i said above.
i never got an email. i got a call a week after i emailed the resume. i would send it via snail mail, and then call a few days later. "ask if they had gotten your mail?" there is a class of 22 going right now, and i heard another class shortly after... they just started mid feb.
