It is with deep regret that I must agree with this statement. The TSA MUST have checks and balances to assure that they focus of the threat, not innocent passengers and crew. There are obviously too many of them if they have enough time to engage in such activities.

As a Colgan refugee, I can tell you that there are trade offs when you consider a Unionizing carrier. There are some issues at Colgan that need to be addressed like outstation basing and the notorious Colgan Tours of part 91 flying. With the recent growth at Colgan, I'm sure there are new issues...
