FO pay alone should be a no vote. It should match SWA or better. Captain pay is fine where it is for now.

I agree FO pay should be higher. I think FO pay should have been returned to the pre-Kasher ratio. It was foolish for the negotiating committee to not do this. But, before we get all hung up on pay, I think we need to calculate the entire package and where that puts us in relation to SWA or anyone else. Pay alone is not everything in relation to the overall package.
