If the vote results are no, then it's simply that, it doesn't pass. It then goes back for renegotiation. Not to mean it will get better or worse.
That being said there is some imediancy that management wants in getting this through quickly, therefore it would seem prudent to not take the first offer given.
I am very happy with the proposed MDG increase, I think that will improve trip build up.
The UAL J4J deal (the first one), and the USAIR J4J offer, the UAL jumpseat fiasco, are some of the few things that the pilots have voted against. BTW

What does that vote mean? What obligation does Jerry have to take your advice?
