I typically check the AIN Summary Page daily to keep up with incidents to learn from, something we did in the Air Force and I continue to learn from. The FAA changed systems and I can't figure out where to look now for current data. Anyone know?

On the FAA-ASIAS page you show, look on the right side of the page under the heading "Useful Links". Click on the third line down "Preliminary Accident and Incident Notices".

Leave it to the FAA to make anything to do with aviation more complicated than necessary.
