You can if they go on strike or fail to negotiate in good faith.Food for thought that counters some of the crap on here. There is no way SWA can operate the AirTran routes without the AirTran employees. It would be illegal and they would get killed in court if they tried. You simply cannot buy a company and can all the employees at will.
Anyone disagree?
A CEO has a duty to shareholders, not another employee groups misfits and malcontents.
