SWA just looks for well qualified and easy to get along with.
And that has nothing to do with having a college degree and that is what makes SWA such a great place. They don't have HR only looking for a checked box on an application like a lot of "stuck up" airlines.

Alaska for one will not let you by the first page if you do not check the 4 yr degree.
 
Airlines that require a four year degree are trying to avoid hiring "loosers".
Like those "loosers" that get hired by SWA, JB, NJ etc?
