And for all you guys not thinking about signing that card, think of your fellow worker cut away from employment for no reason other than to prevent a union coming on property.
Think of his children, seeing their Dad no longer without a job, wondering where he will get his next paycheck to support them.
How aboput those kids wondering if they will have a house to live in because of this cowardly act.
All because KR is trying to make a statement and scare the chickenmerde's out there too afraid to take control of their destinies.
You choose. Leave that family out to dry, or put your big boy britches on and flip KR the finger.
Anybody know what really happened? Did they bend metal or just cross the invisible management line? Any update? Who will be next?
Like Frax Jockey said, get both sides of the story. I can tell you that even though the two guys are in limbo, they are on paid leave.
G4,You of all people trying to give union organizers advise? I can see how respected you are with your fellow NJI non supporters.
At some point flex will be organized . People respond when they start losing money . This has started and it's only a matter of time before the anti union supporters will come around . Everyone has a breaking point .
Peter, you are spot on! That is exactly what is being said on the Bluebelly.
Of course it is. News flash: if you have to keep reminding people you have their back, perhaps the one you're trying to convince is yourself. Maybe that's how he sleeps at night.
Sad about those guys being fired. Sounds like more on the way too, just to get the point across they only have your back as long as you're holding their d!ck in your mouth.
Being the only frac not unionized puts you at severe disadvantage in the industry. You are not a commodity, you are a capital expenditure. You are a glorified bus driver. You might have unique qualifications but you are still always replaceable for half the price if you don't position yourself well. Both high and low seniority guys need to remember that.
Flex pilots' problem isn't that they are non Union, it's that they have to deal with FLOPS and the union there.
Hmmm? Nope, that's not it at all.
Oh c'mon. You know I am always right.
Any updates on the hostages and also whats the feeling on having to bid for the Gulfstreams????
