because he can't accept when an idea is not a good one.....

Watch what you say TWA... KR has no bad ideas they are all brilliant and anyone that has ever said anything different has found themselves looking for work. Not FUD just fact!

Which aircraft are you referring to?

I believe this is all a great plan by KR to get rid of the Union at FO. Unfortunately for him if the new "red label" program goes forward as planned we will have a union at FJ before we stop worrying about cold weather this year.

The sad part is, even if we vote in a union now (or the day we were purchased) it won't stop "red label" from happening since we wouldn't have a CBA to stop it. Ask any FJ pilot about my post (not anonymous) on Yammer regarding this subject and you might be suprised what I said.

I think the mindset at FJ is that we just hope this program will fail and go away. Failure would have to be determined by the one who created this program, KR. If he wants it to work, he will make it work until the financial backers of DAC see him throwing money away because he can't accept when an idea is not a good one.

Sad day at FJ.
The Flex a/c, KR does not like the Dallas FSDO, he has an amazing relationship in Rochester, so amazing that even other FSDO's are amazed. Trust me, it won't be long before all a/c are on Flops certificate.

The options pilots are standing strong on the red label. There will be some that will go for it, but they would go wipe KR's as* every time he sh*t if he threw money at them.

The red label will not be stopped, this is his dedicated screwing part 3. 1st, back in the Flops original days, 2nd the globals, and now this. It will proceed forward, guys that you probably all ready trained in dfw from flops that were sllready running their mouths during Indoc about the dedicated screwing will take it.

It's up to us, too make a decision, we can unite in 1 company and union, get an all covering new contract and at which point that is agreed to and voted yes on, the language in that contract would dictate the future of the red label program.

These were not outside orders, these a/c orders were from flexjet, these a/c belong to flexjet. look at our phenoms, they might be painted and rebranded, but which pilots are flying them and why.

I think you guys at Flex need to settle down and take a deep breath. The last thing you guys need is a Union. If having a Union at FO is such a great thing, why is there a mass exodus of pilots leaving here to go to Flex? Voting in a union is going to destroy your quality of life. KR is loyal to those that show loyalty to him.

Any Flight Options pilot planning to transfer over to Flex hoping to get in on that Red Label program should be VERY cautious, this smells like a classic bait-and-switch.

For now it sure looks like the 350's will be staffed by junior Options transferrees, since few of the Flex guys want anything to do with the program. But once they get a bunch of Challenger PIC hopefuls from Options to transfer over to the bottom of the Flex seniority list, all it would take is a little tweak of the program via email to make it attractive to the Flex guys, and suddenly all those would-be Red Label Options guys become career Learjet SIC's.

Not going to try to address any potential ethics/solidarity/Union issues here, I just want to advise anyone wanting to transfer over to be very very cautious and to get any promises in writing.

They won't be on the opttions certificate. Our certificate is moving to Rochester also. If our planes went our your certificate they won't move since there would be no qualified pilots to fly them. You don't have a Challenger 300/350 training program, Ops Specs, check airman etc. Seems like you need to wipe the drool off your mouth.

Unfortunately TONS of you pilots are in fact signing up for the "red label" screw job. Guess your union doesn't have the influence it thinks it does. It is too bad, because this is the line in the sand that will define the future of FO and FJ.

Based on the phone calls I am receiving from line pilots we will have a union here at FJ if this "red label" thing doesn't go away. Oh, an us having a union doesn't mean that we have to "unite" as 1 company.

I heard that your FOM is being rewritten to match the Flight Options FOM so that when they are merged all sections will match. Seeing as they are now both at Rochester that should not be too big of a problem.
