Please post the management announcement - you know, the one where they welcome the employees back and apologize for their unfair treatment - be sure and post that for us when it comes out.

First someone has to put the ruling on yammer for all to see. There shouldn't be much risk now I mean they just got b!tch slapped so I doubt they'd try and fire them!
 
GUILTY on 6 counts of the RLA. The 3 terminated are to be made whole. The 3 that got warning letters in their files will get the letters removed. And how much money did this waste? I don't want to hear excuses about lack of funds when its time for the Options pilots long overdue raises.
 
RH is trying to spin their reinstatement as a testament to the enforceability of the employment agreement. What a POS. it is strictly due to the IBT's commitment to justice. They are the ones who brought that dog to heel. Hanndchew actually instigated trying to fire them. The IBT smacked his snout with the newspaper. Bad dog!:laugh:

RH actually was in the bar at the Holiday Inn this week. He was there buying dinner (and trying to buy their votes). Two Options pilots were there and they had a conversation which eventually led to the subject of his role in the illegal firings of 3 Flex pilots. When confronted with the facts, RH had to leave embarrassed. BTW, RH is using someone else's money to buy dinner/try to restore his reputation, but the damage has been done. I will use MY money to buy the Flex pilots a drink.

Union at Flex

Has the violation of the Railway Labor Act caused any change in the Flexjet pilots that didn't feel a need for a "Union at Flex"?
 
Yes. The Flex pilots I have run into have seemed friendlier and less reluctant to express their sadness over what has happened to their company. There will always be the complainers. The Flex pilots are starting to see it is better to have a well thought out plan as opposed to just hoping for the best.
 
High Numbers

I have been at Flex 17 years. Never though I needed a Union, but after loosing 3 PTO days, designated crew, uniform changes and now the 3% we had added to the 401K as a company bonus gone. I need to protect what I have before it is to late. I hear there will be pay cuts....

Looks like things are definitely going your way.

The company is preparing for the loss, reviewing the current Flight Options pilots CBA provisions as they relate to the SLI.

The union is preparing for the win, selecting members for Flexjet and Flight Options committees to finalize the SLI and immediately begin negotiations for a new Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Targeting wages, rules and benefits beyond what Netjets pilots achieve is the expectation. A valid expectation as the pilot groups continue to unify.
 
Unfortunately in this fractional business a union is a must.

Without it you will work more for less and your family will pay a major price for this.
 
I agree with you raj. When I joined Options, I had no idea all of the initial promises were nothing but hot air. As the vote gets closer, expect more propaganda from the office of Joe Goebbles

Thats not JUST this business its EVERY business, have a look at the so called Right to work states and you can see its a bunch of brainwashing to work for less money!
