Certificates don't move, why did KR go to Miller aviation in Binghamton in the 1st place. To get their certificate that is Rochester because KR and corporate wings and cle were never gonna work in the Flops world.

There is no drool, and stop twisting my words. Your airplanes can be moved to our certificate easily. Never did I say nor does it mean that we would fly them. It's easy to do, move all your planes, get all you guys through our Indoc and bam everything stays the same. You guys fly um, they r on flops certificate.

Now quit trying to make more Shi@t out of the words that I actually post and speak. I know you live to start sh#t up, but you are f'ng worse than a female. "Yes honey that dress us beautiful", "I knew it you think I am fat".

Certificates do in fact move between FSDOs. You are misinformed. Our certificate is in fact MOVING to ROC as we speak. We are being assigned a new POI. Not sure where you get your facts, but ONCE AGAIN you are wrong.

I am assuming you have never worked in a training department before because you have no idea what it would take to move our pilots and aircraft to the FO certificate. The check rides our pilots get only qualify them to fly their aircraft for FJ. FO would have to get a training program approved, get instructors and sim/line check airman qualified. The the aircraft would have to moved to your approved maintenance program and go through "conformity" before they would be on your certificate. After that all of our pilots would have to go through a complete "initial" training just like the FO transfers to FJ are doing right now.

Since FO has never operated these types of aircraft before "proving runs" would have to be done before revenue legs could be flown.

Of course, what do I know, you seem to claim to be the expert.

You sir, are an idiot who spews false information. The sad part is, you are so clueless that you don't even know the information is false.

TWA all that can be done rather quickly and easilly they have done it many times with new planes and the RTA transaction I don't want to see one FJ pilot screwed on this merger but I don't want to see any Flops pilots screwed either however it is already happening with the global and now the Red Label program. I won't even mention those embarrassing uniforms

Per the latest address, the uniform is under review...

And TWA is correct on the certificate, for now. The manual is being rewritten in a format the ROC is familiar with and will more readily accept (read to match FO). RH told me that, so I believe it is true. That, coupled with the fences being negotiated (and fences are only precursors to merging), and his stated desire to merge us, means it is coming. I think it is harder since the operational control debacle a few years ago, so I think this will not be an overnight occurance, but it is coming.

'Our certificate'? Do you work for Jet Solutions? I thought Flex doesn't have a 135 certificate, just MSpecs for 91K? The FAA website still lists Jet Solutions (J7SA) as the registered 135 carrier at Waterview, and the jetsolutions.com site is still active. Don't they still 'operate' all your 135 flights?

It's not as difficult to merge an acquired company's planes onto a certificate as you make out. Jet Solutions has all those documents and programs already approved, it wouldn't be that difficult to change the headers and resubmit for approval under FO. The same JS instructors and check airmen could be approved under the FO certificate without too much difficulty. It would take some time and work, but not as much as you seem to think. And proving runs aren't required for an experienced carrier that already operates similar jet aircraft, just validation flights. Big difference, but of course you knew that, right?

Unfortunately for the Options pilots, every Flex pilot could stay in a separate company and fly planes on the FO certificate by being made an agent for service (like you are with Jet Solutions), and the contract's crappy scope clause would allow it as long as the company calls them 'Brand Partners.'

Not saying it's happening - I don't know one way or the other - but your argument doesn't really hold up, and your know-it-all smugness is a bit annoying.

I might do it unintentionally, but I would rsther say false information unintentionally, instead of purposefully like you, because after Handchoo whispers it in your ears when he is behind you, and Ricci tells you as you look up into his eyes, you spread their gospel.

Man you guys are getting late and or bad information lately.

FJ bought JSLLC, so yes, OUR certificate.

Smugness, sorry if you have bad information and I point that out. Does your ego not allow you to be shown you are wrong?

Not sure why you guys love to relate sex acts to management. Is there some deep down curiosity that you are hoping to explore with them some day?

I don't spread anyone's "gospel" but my own.

Kenn's certificate, you mean. DAC bought JS, and everyone already knew that. Are you telling us Flex and JS are longer separately incorporated entities, and the FAA and the Flexjet front page are wrong? There's a difference, whether you see it or not.

My main point anyway was that Kenn can mix the flying without combining certificates - you guys have long acted as agents for one 135 certificate holder, it's pretty easy to get you to act as agents for another. If the FOM and training programs are aligned, so much the easier. He could also bring the programs together without nearly so much difficulty as you said, and you were shown to be incorrect on a couple other of your ASSertions but I didn't see any mea culpa from you. Show me where I'm wrong and I'll be the first to admit - a trait you don't seem to share, so I'm sure you can't even see the irony in your last statement.

Couple of points here to think about
1. If there moving the certificate to ROC then there has to be thought of combining everything into one. Business wise it does not make sense not too.
2. This Global and Red label nonsense is nothing but a good ol boy program and a slap in the face to the seniority system
3.this program basically is a way to push pilots to do more and be afraid to call fatigue or write up MX issues they will track the PRODUCTIVITY of every assigned plane and if one group flies a hour less then another group you will be receiving a CGF arrival
4. The uniforms are up for review..What a joke. I thought that they already had a committee from flex discuss uniform style. Thats what they came up with??? No that what KR came up with. any change will be KR decision and the change won't be that drastic from what your looking at now. as far as him having the pilots vote on style they like best you will be given 2-3 lousy choices and the one picked you will be told that the pilots picked it overwhelming
5. Hotel quality on Flops side has been going down hill drastically last few months. We been taken out of the Hilton PBI and put in a Holiday inn. Flex guys are still staying at the Hilton for now..WHY??????????
In the next 12 months at the latest we are going to be one group one way or the other and we can stand together in Solidarity like fellow professional pilots or we can fight each other like dogs..The decision is ours and the future is in our control

I assure you 1000% that the clown suit that was unveiled a few months ago isn't what the Flexjet uniform committee recommended. They recommended epaulets and other traditional uniform items and colors based on the surveys that were conducted. Yes, in the end, the committee probably had little to no effect on the process but the blowback from pilots on Yammer has apparently made them rethink it a bit. The same with dedicated crew. The first crew was suppose to have been in class on January 5th, but that didn't happen because of the uproar about the program.

Only cause their worried of the threat of FJ guys unionizing with FLOPS guys not because they are listening or care about what you guys say, think or want. Lets see when the final uniform product comes out if its closer to what KR came up with or the FJ uniform committee came up with.
Why are FJ Crews staying Hilton PBI and Flops crews Holiday inn? When we have been staying at that hilton since the day 1. Is it that they don't want FJ and FLOPS crews sharing a beer at the Tiki bar together?

Can't speak to the hotel issue because it would be 100% speculation on my part. I do know that we also use different hotels in Miami.

I remember staying at the Crowne Plaza ( now the Embassy Suites). The reason for moving was given as an issue of safety. There was a shooting at the Wendy's. Now we have a nightclub next to the Holiday Inn but don't worry, there is an armed guard protecting the hotel.

I remember flip flopping between there and the Hilton. Don't remember the shooting but do remember them saying the hilton made us a better offer. Think it was 3 dollars a night cheaper. Then the hurricane hit and bye bye Crowne..been in Hilton ever since now where in a Holiday inn Dump and FJ is staying at the Hilton..HMMMM wonder where FJ will be staying in the longterm?

Very sad and very true.

He also said no more bonus and a cut in the 401k match.
