Not keeping score but it would appear RICCI outscored you guys on several fronts.
Lost vacation days. Ricci. 1 flex zero
Deanna white gone. Ricci 2. Flex zero
Lost three percent 401k match. Ricci 3 flex zero
Out of seniority globals staffed by options pilots. Ricci 4. Flex zero
Dedicated aircraft screwing. Ricci 5 flex zero
Zoot suit uniforms. Ricci 6 flex zero
Annual fuel bonus rescinded. Ricci 7 flex zero
Scheduling changes affecting days off at home. Ricci 8 flex zero
No contact while in dedicated rest.....gone. Ricci 9 flex zero
Positioning legs as part 91 legs instead of included into 135 duty times Ricci 10
Flex zero.
All this after riccis infamous comment after the purchase; "the good news is flexjet is well run and profitable, so we really don't have to do anything."

But he obviously has, to put more money in his pocket and take it from yours. What's it going to take for you guys to have a fighting voice to be reckoned with at the table? Are you going to do anything about your future or just come on this board and keep bitching about what else you have lost?

While I agree that KR has changed a lot, some of your points are not quite accurate. The bonus that was once a fuel bonus is now a who-knows-what kind of bonus. Ask again in April to see if we get paid. Days off/average days worked has not changed. I personally have not noticed any change when it comes to being contacted in rest (Been years since the phone rang in the early hours), and not sure what you mean by the 91 legs vs 135. Nothing new there.

Also, things we did get: KCM, more bases, the PTO policy is nice although I wasn't happy about losing all my saved sick time.

The jury is still out on pto. May I use it at my convenience, or only at their convenience? If the latter, then it is simply a loss of three days sick time.

Good. I'm glad to see people remembering this stuff by writing it down. Even Club's corrections move to ensure the list is as factual as possible. It's been over a year and this reveals the slow steady erosion of your benefits, work rules and the way you perceive your company. It's easy to forget.

Our contract gives us some peace of mind that our pay, benefits, and work rules aren't going to played with or decreased just because someone wants our money to fund a second airplane, company, or wife.

Oh and with no union, your little perk..."pay for parking"... will be first to go. RTA was a company that paid for long term parking and when Ricci took over, it was day 3 that he said they don't pay for parking.

Hopefully you guys are going to renegotiate this?

Are you serious that FO doesn't pay for your parking? Do they just expect you to park at the FBO?

That is correct. KR's argument is that we spend a lot of money on fuel & services at FBO's and he expects them to host our pilots and drive them to the main terminal as a courtesy. However, we can expense a $2 tip for the ride to the main terminal!...Don't you think that's great?

Ok TWA, I just put in the washer DW getting fired, the B system seniority/pay...ooppssss I mean "red label" program. Soon to be aircraft up on flops certificate and ops in cgf. I set it for spin. And........go!

Which aircraft are you referring to?

I believe this is all a great plan by KR to get rid of the Union at FO. Unfortunately for him if the new "red label" program goes forward as planned we will have a union at FJ before we stop worrying about cold weather this year.

The sad part is, even if we vote in a union now (or the day we were purchased) it won't stop "red label" from happening since we wouldn't have a CBA to stop it. Ask any FJ pilot about my post (not anonymous) on Yammer regarding this subject and you might be suprised what I said.

I think the mindset at FJ is that we just hope this program will fail and go away. Failure would have to be determined by the one who created this program, KR. If he wants it to work, he will make it work until the financial backers of DAC see him throwing money away because he can't accept when an idea is not a good one.

Sad day at FJ.
