Let's all ban together and make this a good company where everyone can at least be on a equal playing field The union will not fix everything but it will keep things fair for the most part. Kenn's never really believed in employee bonuses, he's stated that over the years (outside of his inner circle, that is). You could ask the FO mechs and mx controllers about the 'bonus' program they had back in the day, and how much money they saw from that one. And of course the 'profit sharing' in the current pilot contract, which is designed never to pay a dime. Hope I'm wrong, but I wouldn't plan that money into next year's family vacation budget if I were at Flex. Sorry for your loss.

That's what history would suggest. There's an old adage in money and investing, 'The four most dangerous words in investing are, this time it's different.' Seems to be good advice, too, after a DAC acquisition, no matter how much you might hope otherwise.

And that's acceptable to you. To take something away that everyone had only to give to a select few. Those that fly tired, sick or broken airplanes. When 1 group gets it and another doesn't all because 1 airplane might be in mx more than the others. How are guys gonna feel about it then.

It used to be a COMPANY WIDE bonus at FJ. Not just the pilots, but MX, office staff, etc.
I'm still amazed there isn't more outrage about this. If he has taken away the 2014 bonus after being promised all year. If this is true, they have taken $7-10 thousand from each pilot.

Theres a reason FLOPS has a union and it appears the FJ guys are starting to see why. The biggest Union advocate at FLOPS has always been this management not the pilots.

I know this, we better choose what master we're going to serve pretty quick. If not, a lot of captains may find themselves serving their current FO's because they werent quick to jump on the DC program. At some point there will be enough captains and only a need for FOs.

You'll see a vote in less than a year. One way or another, 1108 will file voluntarily or it will be forced upon them. Personally, I'd like to vote sooner rather than later.

The same theme has been consistent from the Architect. There's will be seniority integration. Period.

At some point the IBT will file for a single carrier determination. No matter what - with or without any union representation - a seniority intergration will still occur. It's the law.

So, the theory of forever stapling to the bottom as described by Kenn... Well, that won't last forever.

Note that Kenn stated the Flight Options pilots "resigned" their seniority and came to Flex. Sorry - LIE. Those pilots are simply on leaves of absence at Flight Options. And when it all shakes out, the seniority integration will be based on their Flight Options number.

So, both groups vote for representation and have a equal say in seniority integration and a CBA. Or, seniority integration occurs according to Kenn - after which some "at will" pilots raise a but load on money and try to sue Kenn. Doubt that law suit will happen without a union. And Kenn knows it.

And of course, kiss all agreements good bye. Oh, the wonderful world of pilots "at will".

Good news! Everyone can organize and try for another union drive a year down the road. Good luck with that mess.

Uncle is certainly a master, but 99% of the work performed by the 1108 is done by my peers, so I don’t see them as my master. Sure, I have abide by the CBA, but it’s something myself & my peers voted on.

Then give the IBT 1108 a little confidence that representation won't be voted down after filing. We have been on your side of the fence, and don't care to go back to working for Kenn without a union contract. All you need to do is get 50%+1 of the Flex pilots to express their interest by turning in a card asking for representation.
