A valid point, but then you have to look at it from the other side of the coin? How many of the other 60% didn't put that in either? How many of the 20% "unsure" people did?

It goes both ways, so in the end, it probably balances out.

Disagree. That was your chance to tell management that they better improve pay and benefits or you are leaving (anonymously). From a pilots perspective, there is much more gain to bluff leaving than there is to so NO when you really are leaving.

You and I agree on most things. I am NOT defending JB. I am sick and tired of SPLERT being irrational.

Question for Splert:

If JB voted in ALPA tomorrow and we immediately sign the same contract as CAL/UAL, if you were offered jobs at BOTH airlines at the same time, which would you take and why?

40% less 1 (liar) have applications out to the other airlines.

Fixed the data!

Yeah, you are right, I am the only one to bluff management.... In fact, you won't admit it, but I GUARANTEE you said yes to that question, and I also GUARANTEE you do NOT leave JB.

As I said before, to take that survey at face value is to be a fool.

Huh? Both LCC, of course one has a good contract and 3 year upgrades a decent health care and multiple bases........ :)

Splert, and most other JB pilots do NOT want your airline added to our peerset because your pay rates are so bad. Mind your own business big shot, your job isn't as impressive as you think.

Compensates for your messed up medical insurance. Dude why do you get so defensive when they talk about jetblue? Please go apply to a major and come back here and be my entertainment. I sure hope we were not friends at pinnacle.

Muwahahahahahah ******************************bag, our Pay rights are right on par with yours, however our W2s are considerably higher.

Anyway, I'll be a CA in 3 years so suck it :)

Just one guy here. However I will continue to apply to every legacy and SW until JB gets a CBA and representation. The day this happens I will stop looking elsewhere for employment. My looking to other employers is a job security issue more so than most other talking points. Without proper representation and a CBA with proper merger protections I feel extremely vulnerable at JB based on airline history and personal experiences. Just 1 guy but my decision to go to another carrier rest solely on getting a CBA. So to answer your question. If we got ALPA tomorrow and voted in their contract I would gladly put the logbook away for a long time. Their contract minus the scope section of course. Then again I can potentially never work another weekend or holiday for my entire career at JB and will retire number 5. Everybody's situation and desires are different.

Who can argue with a liar who thinks he is a prophet?

E-190 captain went to about 3.5 years senior. On the bright side for new hires it looks like there are about 115 open FO spots that need to be filled by new hires. New hires should also have the pick of 190 or 320 and BOS or JFK bases without any issue. Also looks like new hire reserve is running 6-7 months in the 190.

I'm not impressed. And, our most junior capt is also about 3 years, not that I consider junior upgrade time to be the only metric of a job worth having...

I asked you before, but all you said was working on your days off and maybe some reserve rule deal, but what amazing contract provisions provide you with such an outsized W2?
