Oops, well I wouldn't be surprised to see ours go to Jan 2011 DOH too
Day 2 new hire quit to go to CAL.
How many at CAL new hires are coming to Blue?
Only those that fail training?
So you are saying no one just left training on thier second day?The person could of lived in a CAL/ United base or any number of things that made their decision to switch. One fact to consider, do a search of Splerts past postings and see where he comes from. I'm just say'n. How does he know these things? On my days off I sure as *hit ain't worried about work, that's for sure.
None. Are you telling me that we could do something as pilots to make people leave legacy airlines to come to JetBlue
Wtf are you mumbling?
I thought you pushed the ignore button.
Push it again and when you make more sense feel free to post again.
Hey SWA, does 40% of your pilot group have applications out to other carriers?
You don't have wide bodies and according to Rob M and Smarta$$ your rate of attrition should he huge. After all, pilots only want to fly bigger things and upgrade.
Maybe you don't have 40% of your pilots looking to leave because you have real leadership and QOL.
I am one of those who said on the survey that I was applying elsewhere, even though I have NOT. I am VERY certain that I am not alone. Every pilot who took that survey knew full well that data point would be used as a negotiating position or demonstration of disattisfaction. To take it literally is to be a complete fool.
An anonymous liar. Interesting.
A Jetblue pilot does not negotiate and leadership does not give two $hits about dissatisfaction or attrition.
Any other myths you want to make the central point of your excuse matrix?
How can you compare your upgrade times to Spirit? They aren't even in your "peer set".
Actually, there is considerable discussion in the SWA threads about junior SWA/AT pilots leaving for Legacy airlines.
As far as your 40%, I wasn't going to say this publicly, but since you are being such a D-bag, I am one of those who said on the survey that I was applying elsewhere, even though I have NOT. I am VERY certain that I am not alone. Every pilot who took that survey knew full well that data point would be used as a negotiating position or demonstration of disattisfaction. To take it literally is to be a complete fool. Most airlines are now hiring or will soon be. Lets see if 40% of JB pilots leave. But you will have all kinds of excuses when nowhere near 40% of our existing pilots leave...
