Mumbling is making stuff up.

Never said a union would stop attrition but it will help get recall rights. Right AAdriver?

You are still a no vote right!

You are one angry dude. I don't understand why you have so much pent up frustration towards other fellow pilots? Tell us something about ALPA that we don't already know that will change our minds, for or against.

How many netjets guys do we have?

Dunno. As to whether or not they'll go back, I dunno either. According to APC they have 295 left on furlough and most of them have moved on. They'll go back most likely on the bottom as a Beechjet or Citation FO at 60-70k a year. Not terrible, but when you consider that most are at worst senior FOs at B6 making six figures, I'd imagine not many will go back.

Aren't you the guy suing your fellow pilots? Oh ALPA sells widgets and that is the division that you are suing and hoping to collect from not the new hire Mesa FO who wasn't born yet when TWA filled its third BK.

I'm gonna laugh my ass off when it is ruled that you have no damages. That isn't anger. It is simple math that your anger hasn't allowed you to do.

After all that the DR has proven you are still a "No" vote! You are one angry old dude. At least you have the APA waiting for you!

You said, "mumbling is making stuff up.:

I would play your game all day if it was not such a waste of everyone's time.

Oh' and for the record, I'm not an old dude, just not as young as I use to be thank you very much.

They will be JB Captains before a NJA recall...

Well, If you say so, put me down for a No; may change my mind though. Please don't tell Squert because its so easy to twist up his Superman panties.

Wait.
You're STILL a NO voter?
Could you explain why you think the DR is viable?
I really don't get it.

How can you compare your upgrade times to Spirit? They aren't even in your "peer set".

Are you saying Jetblue and Spirit aren't in the same peer set? Sure Spirit's market value is about $650,000,000 more than Jetblue but I would still say they are in the same peer set.

Let me guess you work for Spirit?

The peer set has nothing to do with thinking we are better....its about pay pay and pay( as well as other things ie 401k match ect). I think you guys might beat us now in pay and if that is the case you would up the average, before you got paid less so you would pull down the average. Its that simple. Get paid more we want you in get paid less we don't.

Anyone who is up for making B6 a career, send in a card. Tell your friends to send in a card. Sadly, many yes voters have yet to send in a card. The clock is ticking. New health care plans are right around the corner. Think last year was bad? Send in a card!

"In business, you don't get what you deserve. You get what you negotiate."

JG said in the last pocket session that no changes to healthcare were planned for 2014.

Probably meant it too..... that is until you get the ".. due to economic climate change and unexpected market forces.." speech in a few months that creates the "need" for healthcare plan "revisions"....

Point is, in a few months this post will be proven correct, or alarmist and dishonest. Question is which?

I'm all for honest debate and critizing JB. Just won't engage in fear mongering. You can say you aren't fear mongering, but we will know soon one way or the other....

No "structure" changes is different than no deductible and co insurance amounts changing.

The structure is to transfer more risk to the employee and that is not changing.

JG said in the last pocket session that no changes to healthcare were planned for 2014.

She also was telling AO,GO et al that "Management has the exact
same health plan that you all do". The part she happen to leave out
was that ANY AND ALL out of pocket money was reimbursed to them.
So that part about having the same plan might be correct..

Just a few more months guys. Then you will be proven accurate or alarmist and full of sh1t.
Heard the same thing in 2011.

Here we are in 2013 with the industry's worst health care offerings and a group of key pilots apologizing the entire way.

I think you're missing the point. It's not about "fear mongering." It's about distrust based on historical facts. Last year, B6 pilots' healthcare plans were changed, and are now the worst in the industry. That is a fact. This occurred while B6 was making record profits. This is also a fact. We can speculate all day long on what our future benefits and compensation will look like. But without having the option to help decide what benefits and compensation we will receive, we are at the mercy of a company that has already taken away better healthcare plans. But didn't the company preach to us that they would never take anything away? Yes, they did.......also a fact. We are also far behind in many other areas of compensation compared to our peers.

My point......send in a card so we can have a say in our careers.
