No one is saying anything about the ERJ. I'm simply trying to get your delusional ass back down to reality. The 700 has better stage lengths, free meals, better overnights and better credit...All for an extra 3 or 4 grand a year. That's great! But to make the argument that you have it harder because you have to put a couple pieces of paper into your little book while at cruise is cosmically absurd. At least try to convince me you deserve more pay because you carry more passengers. I might believe that one.

Good lord, he's saying more work is having to know the 200 stuff IN ADDITION to 700/900 stuff, not that the 700/900 is harder than the 200! I agree with him, more pay for more responsibility. Its not ridiculously hard hard to learn the 200/700/900, but it will take a few more minutes of flipping flash cards to get the 200/700/900 weights and other limitations down cold. So I expect some sort of compensation for it

The rumor that this thread originally started with, may have some merit. In recurrent bout a month ago, SH told the 7/9 drivers "I can't say any more, but you don't have anything to worry about, concerning displacements." Hope it all pans out. After watching legacy Xjet hire and upgrade over the past few months, it would be nice to have some growth here too.

Make it 125% for over 85hrs and stretch out longevity pay increases to 30 years. Oh and a B fund. Everyone wins. We get more money for being productive. Company saves money with common use reserves. And our mainline partners gain huge flexibility that will support base stability. The bonus to dual qual is that it removes one more hurdle to One List with Skywest. After seeing these nonstop shuffles, that should be in everyones mind.

Actually, why don't we just insist on swapping dual qual for One List? I think most guys would actually consider that one. The company would save a ton of money (allowing them to bid more competitively on contracts, which would be good for our career security and growth), and we stop all chances of whipsaw.

You are getting A funds (defined benefit plan) confused with B funds (defined contribution plan).

Bag transfer has been handled by mainline since 2000. So, yes the blame goes elsewhere.

In it's worse month of on-time performance, ASA was still better than mainline.

FYI, after ASA's purchase in 1999, our management were mainline employees. Performance went down the tubes.

Since Inc. bought ASA several years ago, performance has improved greatly, surpassing the stats of mainline, Thanks to BH and our dedicated flight crews.

So, what's next, Grasshoppa?
