Now that is just outright silly. I'm going to go out on a limb and say this guy is not a 757 pilot. When I read his comments I, and you did as well, took that to mean your time is running out before he posts whatever he said he was going to post. I doubt he even had what he says he did. To alert corporate security over this poser is getting too carried away and you know that Spooky. 757 fantasy flight (And I am sure that is all it is) is what I call this guy. I have seen your posts in the past, and you have always been professional, knowledgable, and a great source of information. I've been impressed. With that said, your behavior here has been dissapointing. This guy got under your skin and you let him suck you into the silly game he was playing. What do you care what he flies? By that I mean we know the professional you are, but we don't have that same info on him because he is not in your league. You should have brushed that guy off and not given him a 2nd thought. I hope you drop this silly thread, and get back to the old you so I can enjoy reading your posts again. Have a good evening.

Believe me please. This fellow is not a B757 corporate Captain. Probably not a B757 Capt at all based upon some of his comments. Also sounds like he is getting pretty frustrated with his "tick-tock" comments. Corporate security has been alerted.

On the Fokker, differences between aircraft are very minor, with maybe USAir's ex fleet being more to the extreme than the rest; so groundschool can be conducted with anyone sitting in. Since we are the only Part 91 operator of the type, our groundschools tend to be very small and private, but we have had other Part 91 pilots outside of our company join us. Don't quote me on this, but I don't believe Boeing / Alteon provides any recurrent training on the BBJ's......initials only, so after you go through initial, you are on your own for recurrent training......our sister department handles their training inhouse with quailifed instructors / check airmen for their 6 month check, and I believe they go to an airline for the 12.

I edit to grab speling mistakes, grammar, a sentence that was typed faster than my brain was thinking, ect. Not to change what I wrote.

You shouldn't worry about that, your brain will never catch up with your typing.

spooky,

calling security? what did you tell them?

"hey guys, I argued for days with a liar on an internet chat board"..."he claimed he flew 757s and I KNOW he really didnt".

 .

This guy could claim to fly the space shuttle and bang real hot babes but we know he is maybe just a pud who makes stuff up online...... but its an anonymous web board - it gives him a place to do that. Maybe it gives him a place to feel accomplished - thats good, I suppose.

you always provide decent solid info and opinions, dont let this guy get you wound up!

Hey, thanks for the advice. Probably should put this to bed and go on with something else more productive.

I still don't think the subject should be dropped pertaining to the fact that he presented a list of operators to us and assured us his company was on that list... however it was proven he was not.

We're still waiting on some sort of tangible information that your company really is on that list, and that you fly this bird.

And where did our 757 capee-tan fly off to anyways?

Signed,

BBJ Training at Alteon

Just spoke to a friend that is the Manager-BBJ Training at Boeing (formerly, Alteon) in Seattle. He says they are very busy with recurrent BBJ training and have no intention of getting out of that end of the business. Also indicated that while it would be possible (under some circumstances) to combine customers, it would be an extreme exception to the rule. Could not remember having ever done it in the past. One of our pilots who was formerly with the Boeing BBJ corporate fleet told me the other day that their BBJ guys are now going to Simulfite. Sounds strange, but that was his version of BBJ recurrent at Boeing.

None of this is a big deal as the oringinal red flag was when our friend the 757BBJ Capt indicated he had attended recurrent right along with the guys from the 89th. BS flag was standing straight out by this time.

Just out of curiosity, what company in that list operates the 757 at BUR? Out of further curiosity, are the companies that fly transports on behalf of the US Government (but not registered/operated by the USAF such as the 89th) in that list as well? I would have pegged the guy as flying for mideast jet, but discussing the LJ60, FA50, and GV make me wonder as I *think* mideast jet only holds a Part 125 cert. The other question is is it accurate to assume all four of the those aircraft are on the same certificate?

P.S.

I saw a similiar painted 767 (original topic) at Garrett LAX the other day, and the line guy told me it belonged to one of the casinos in LAS, I think maybe the Venetian. I have also seen Bill travel alone in his Global, with no security.

The B757 in BUR bleongs to the Ukipyia Corp. Never sure of the spelling so forgive me on the name. It is a B757-200-2J5. The Venetian recently bought the B767-300. It came out of the Middle East somewhere. As for security I know nothing about Bill Gates policies or procedures, BUT, please remember not all security is plainly visible to the casual observer. I do not believe you could put any Lear, Falcon or Gulfstream on a Part 125 cert. Absolutely not possible and there would be no business reason for it as well.

That is the interface group - Venetian's CEO Sheldon Adelson

The Tail Number is his one of his kids Birthday the MS is Miriam and Sheldon he is such a romantic!!
