Another 23% are "Not Sure". It is therefore fair to say that better than 50% of JetBlue pilots are looking elsewhere.


The Titanic had less attrition....
 
Allegiant has just over 370 pilots.

21 have left since January.
 
Looking and keeping one's options open is not the same as leaving IMO.

I just wonder what a similar survey's results would look like at our "peer" airlines.
 
Buddy at JB told me JB is eagerly eyeing Republic E170/190 FOs with no PIC time for open 190 slots. Evidently several have been offered positions lately. Does not surprise me - no PIC time means less mobility.

Jetblue's healthcare plan is MUCH WORSE than Republic's. FACT.

Because we only hire guys into the 190... I wonder how we will fill the airbus slots?
