Another 23% are "Not Sure". It is therefore fair to say that better than 50% of JetBlue pilots are looking elsewhere.

I just wonder what a similar survey's results would look like at our "peer" airlines.

Maybe but the point he is making is when you come to a "destination airline" everything should be better. The fact that one of a pilots most important forms of compensation is so lacking says a lot about the company and what future hires will be dealing with. Begging for average everyday.

This predicted high attrition is exactly why I dismiss the guys who say upgrades will be > 10 years for new hires.

Awesome. Upgrading due to attrition. Just like working for Mesa, Asa, Trans States, etc, only we have worse health insurance. But hey that doesn't affect you.
