"Climb via the SID"
This has been a major headache for everyone.. As pilots we are VERY in tune with respect to altitude clearances.. This shift has been a major one, and wasn't communicated clearly.. I think that ATC get's aggravated when we clarify the clearance with them.. There are a lot of possible scenarios...- StarrBuck

Rich, The current TFP conversion factor for TFP -> Hourly pay is not 1.167.. It is 1.149. Not sure where you came up with 1.167.. 10 years ago we used 1.13.. I'm not sure to be honest why it crept up to 1.149. Of course that whole conversion issue is debatable as we don't know what American... -

I think the point isn't the names, of the people on the list.. The question that is being asked is this: How many pilots at SWA currently have, or have had apps in at AAI.. Answer.. probably 0. How many AAI guys have had recent apps in at SWA? Who knows.. more than 0.. -
