Actually there are some on line now along with others that took positions in the training dept. They were offered a class date now and then will get their new seniority # one the arbitrations results are in.
There will be classes for all 3 planes every month for the months to come. They will offer you which ever one they need filled, sometimes giving you the option between planes and dates.
You can also impress controllers by making the thing drop out of the sky when they leave you high on a visual. Had one tell me once that they weren't worried about a 145 making it down, but the crj is a differnt story.
Before taxes and including per diem, 2 grand a month is pretty easy on first year pay, especially if you pick up any open time.
Almost all of our delta trips are 4 days now, so if thats the flying you are getting assigned, 500-600 in per diem is normal.
Flight time versus credit----We get...
Depending on which plane you get:
SDF should be pretty easy for the 145 or the crj
Ind within a month or two
Not sure about ord and stl will probably be a couple of months
I get a good laugh everytime he posts something, sometimes because of what he says, sometimes because of the responses that he gets. Either way it's entertaining.
I say let him keep posting.
Thanks Chief. Haven't heard anything since the initial offer and was told sometime in January. With voluntary leaves I was pretty nervous about when the next class might be, but Feb. doesn't sound to bad!
