I agree!! The DL MD-88's are far more comfortable than the CAL 73's. It my commute plane of choice. -

I'm not so sure you (or any pilot for that matter) is going to get to vote on the acquisition or even the integrated seniority list. What you will get to vote on will be the JOINT CBA. That's how I see it. -

It is not fair and equitable and we both know it will not be a DOH integration! Relative seniority will be the basis and in case of ties, either DOH or DOB will be the tie breaker. There will also probably also be some other minor accommodations such as not being downgraded involuntary etc... -

I think your analysis is fairly close to how it will go. ASA pilot group generally has more longevity than the XE pilot group for the same relative seniority. Having both lists handy, I'm about 23% on the ExpressJet list and using DOH I would be about 31% on the ASA list. That's not a huge... -
