So tired of this place. ASA was a good company back in the day. Now with our current state (LXJT pulling morale and revenue down), anyone with any foresight is actively working to get out of here as soon as possible - as they should. The downward slope is getting steeper...

If you believe that the pilots have anything to do with revenue or losing money, then management should be commended for convincing you of it.

Nevets, please just get on with your plan B....We don't want you guys here anymore....

the reason I voted no is not because I agree with nevets. Its because all we heard was that there were going to very few, if any concessions and most would come from LXJT. Then that turd TA was riddled with concessions for Lasa while simultaneously subsidizing Lxjt. I am all for separate contracts. bring on the whipsaw. I am fine with that going forward.

and as far as our union and management goes. Please do not tell me anymore that DL/UA etc want to get rid of 50's while I watch them fly to the desert, only to return 3 weeks later to ATL with the Blue and white generic skywest on the tail right next to the 8XXAS tail number.

Do not mistake the 83% as a vote as one group but as a rejection of what the Company wanted from each group individually.

Exactly, no one wants concessions and 83% agree with me!

Well said!!!

Don't you work for Skywest? I must have hit a nerve with you at some point. ;)

I was part of that 83% and I don't agree with you. We've had it and want a divorce.

Well then you would be wrong. The pilots are not responsible for the money losing CPAs that management negotiated. But you guys rather divorce yourselves from the pilots with the better contract and keep the management that created the problem.

Bring in the whipsaw and then you lament the whipsaw by bringing back your old aircraft that are now operated by non-union pilots with lower average compensation than you? You contradict yourself. Not to mention that you would vote for a concession for 2/3 of the pilots and lower the bar for the rest of the industry.

One List or NOTHING!

Hey everyone, Nevets has it all figured out. All we need is one list and everything will be rainbows and unicorns... Never mind the fact that after 4 years the ASA and XJT MECs are still at each other's throats and still can't agree on bidding software... Just listen to Nevets and everything will be great...
