On a serious note, is the FLOPS company wide meeting today or tomorrow? Will one of you please post an update? Thank you!

Just a quick run down of the meeting.

Will have two store front operations but behind the all will be intergrated.
All flying will be done on Flight Options certificate so as to cut out business jet solutions.
flex aircraft will be painted to look a little more like Flight Options
All pilots will come together to form one big happy family like the Brady Bunch.
The Brady bunch will then vote to keep the union, or live like Woody Alen and Mia Farrows children. ( which include the late night visits to your room)

He was even able to slip in some Bull $hit such as giving the reason why the Flops employees don't have their 401k match back is because the pilots union bagained it away from all the employees.

So as you can see nothing has changed.

Correct, I forgot about the 401K!
Bad bad bad union contract, this is why we do not have our 401K, you have to love this statement.

Now that we are merging pilot groups, It would be nice to ditch IBT and start an in house union. Either way, my vote is YES!

All the anti-union cool aide drinkers are in for a shocking wake up...

I will concede that everything you guys have told us has come to fruition. Hopefully, all the lies that have been told to us repeatedly will be enough to convince enough of the combined pilots to hold representation.

Not enough folks unless NJ's lets us join theirs.
