What, your mec can't figure out our what our hourly rate was and do the math. Is that really your arguement???? So your little snide google search comment has no traction.

We blocked it because it's private information. Some guys, for differenmt reasons, work more or less and THAT is nobody's business but their own.
Is that really that difficult to comprehend? Yes it was a real act of desperation on behalf of the CAL MEC.

You say desperation of a move, I say awesome move! That pretty much is my argument.

It's actually a pretty common move. I am certainly not an expert but that is what I was told.

So, looks like both committees are doing their job.

Might not look so bad to them compared CALs dragging negotiations on to facilitate more bids, demanding banding 767 and 787 with the 747 and LOA25. Hardly comparable.

Or maybe they were trying to get us a good contract, again, I fail to understand how you view everything as a conspiracy against the ual side... Your mec was negotiating on your behalf and I never heard one thing about the cal side trying to drag anything out until now... NO PILOT wanted it to take this long, only mgmt benefited from keeping both sides working under their previous cbas

Pan back to last spring when UAL MEC asked to be released and your MECs initial reaction was "what I think negotiations are going well"...despite very little was happening...I didn't make up our recent history. If you don't try and understand both sides you will continue to not understand.

As a past participle it is bred not breed and had already corrected it before your post oh literary genius.

I'll take spelling over character as a weakness.

Well I'm still being 'educated' by scabs based on FI rhetoric so it's all in the present. My experience with UAL character is that SCOPE is for sale. Hope that changes. Guys like you are going to make the next 25 years more miserable then they need be.

I agree and was 110% ready to walk after the vote, but what we heard from our side was that was a unilateral attempt by the ual mec and made them look terrible in front of the mediator and the company as well... The two mec were supposed to be working together... It seems your buying everything your side is selling without question... Both sides were posing different stories of what happened and I bet somewhere in the middle lies the true story, just seems to me funny how the bottom portion of the ual side was put under the sword and suffered after ual mec decided to sell out scope yet they continue to believe all they are told and think ual is the best thing since sliced bread, esp after all they were put thru by their mec and companies past
I'm not happy with our union after they failed to get us the cornerstones they campaigned on, but have yet to hear any ual pilot put any blame on their side, they somehow think our mec is always to blame.... I guess they are all powerful and we can expect to make out like bandits on the sli then?!!

I don't use that word since it is against the CAL way and I am trying to fit in, but okay if you say say it. 50 seat Scope died over a year ago with your code and isn't viable anyway but the tough rant must make you feel good.
Naw...you just stay under your rock and you'll survive the integration.

I assure you there is serious animosity between UAL furloughees and the UAL MEC.

The NMB no doubt got a good reason from UAL MEC for its unilateral request for release...not a fan of management moles!

Working together?? GMAFB!
- JP not signing the same agreement that DAL/NWA MC's signed to not use the
JCBA to influence the SLI.
- Holding negotiations hostage till we agreed to pay banding.
- Not backing the UALMEC's complaint that the integration training wasn't
sufficient when 80% of the changes were on the UAL side.
- Going behind our back to secure profit sharing that diluted the UAL share.
- Backing out of a verbal agreement that Retro was indeed retro and not a
Signing bonus.
- LOA 25

Pleas list the times Heppner back stabbed JP.

Please, list the underhanded things Heppner

Also, your scope section became worthless the day the CO code ceased. Nonetheless, any legacy carrier attempting to compete in today's legacy market with a 50 seat scope limit is destined for demise. The UPA closed your Q400 loop hole as well. Your welcome.

I don't have a dog in this fight but it appears the new United contract closed the 100 seat regional jet loophole as well. As I recall, Air Wisconsin was flying 100 seat Bac jets for years as United Express.

In my post I said they were supposed to be working together, I never said they were, but continue to believe everything your side tells you as gospel, I could care less
I know for a fact the profit sharing thing is bs, that works on a %, it doesn't matter how many groups are in the pool, each employee group gets whatever % they have negotiated... That being said, I was very disappointed when they gave up a grievance to get us in ps I was looking forward to the chaos that would have ensued on our side when we were half of the group responsible for a profit and would have been left out... Another thing... We never heard anything from your side trying to get us ps... Screw the cal side, we just want ours!! You think that was unnoticed? Whatever tho, again I could care less, the fact is the mecs are still seperate and duty bound to represent their own pilot groups... But if anything doesn't go the way of ual, it's always the fault of the all powerful jp and cal mec!! Never blame or question your own spotless reps, even the ones who came in the middle of negotiations!!
