All of those are questions that would have to be worked out. Again, I doubt anyone is going to Delta, though. I think this is heading in the direction of a grievance or a negotiated settlement.

Grievance all you want. They will not give you any money and neither will an arbirtrator. Wasting your time trying to make up for what you lost in the first SLI. Move on guy!

I'm still hoping we can find a mutually agreeable solution without it getting that far, and I'm not talking about vans for Ronald McDonald house. Something of actual value to offset the hits we keep taking.

It would be a great start to our relationship with Southwest management if they worked with us on this rather than the old school grievance arbitration relationship.

Remaining optimistic.
Unfortunately, SWA loves to take everything to arby.
 
Well this kool aid drinker would be real pissed if they give you money bc you didn't get to go to delta, but I still get all of you bidding senior to me. A choice to go to DAL is a win-win-win. Money over a grievance is a lose-lose- win. You better look towards finding that win-win vs just you win, or I expect you'll fail.

Our grievance has nothing to do with you or your hurt feelings over it. Just like you we didn't ask for this ******************** sandwich. It was crammed down our throats. YMMV
