AirlinePilotCentral still states 20 days away and 10 days at home every month at Southern. Is that still true? Can you break-up those 20 days or do they come all at once? I realize people can be extended for a lot longer.

um try 30 0n never get to go home right now. forcing to work on all days off. they have me siting in hkk droping time right now

How can someone with Command Authority on a Jet, a Transport Category one at that, not know how to use the word, "No."

Its been said before. Pilots truly are their own worst enemies.

Go the hell home, and tell them you hope you have a job to come back to when your days off are over.

There is no one to blame for this kind of abuse than the one you look at in the mirror in the morning. You are permitting them to do this to you, no one is FORCING you to do anything.

freedom, what a 10%er!

sword they sent me home 2 days early maybe since they have a new head of the sked depo this will get better

Yeah, that's a bit rough. FYI - other airlines are hiring. Apply to Fedex please. Even Emirates and living in Dubai would be better than 30 days on.

Try 30 on never get to go home right now....

Maybe I'm missing something but on a 20 on, 10 off schedule, that means they are keeping you out on the road for 50 Days.

Again, the word "No" comes to mind.

If NOT wanting to take it up the ass makes me a 10%er, so be it.

Anyone know how long the emergency training in Mia is? And what it consists of?? Are you given any days off while in training? Thanks.

Thanks sword! How much could this possibly cost? How about just reciprocal jumpseat agreements? Any talk of this? Really hate to lose travel Benes all together!

i have been told it less then 2000 month, we don't have cockpits doors so it would be hard to get reciprocal jumpseat agreements.

Interesting... no doors huh? how do you think Atlas and the other ACMI co's get away with it? I figure they would have no doors either, right? Thanks.

I thought you were asking if SA had any reciprocal jumpseat agreements Without CASS. as soon SA get CASS, we could have Jumpseaters. sorry
