Unbelievable---it ALWAYS comes back to this doesn't it? Sounds like an old broken record.

Mr harley30344,
I think for the first time she (NJW) is just asking a question without a comparison (at least it souds like) to NJ, so l'll answer.

Mrs NJW,
To answer your question, yes we do have a group of folks that are supposed to represent our voice in front of managment, and they are called CAB. Have they done anything for us? mmmmm...I won't say, some of those folks are my friends, but I do have my own opinion.

Thanks, GSX...:) Does CAB = Captains Advisory Board? If so, does that mean only Captains can serve on it? Or only Captains get a report...;)

Crew...of course...but more than 2 in the CAB, I trust? :p Does the position come with a designated term? I'm wondering what the turn over is like and how often they meet. It doesn't sound like they were at last week's meeting (discussed in posts above) or there would have been a report, right?

NJW, I don't want to ignore you all the time...just when you're being a buzzkill!:p:laugh:

Actually, it was a helpful hint for new posters...;)

Those of us who've been posting together awhile know that sometimes we agree... and other times we agree to disagree...:p

If he's very senior and hears things we dont hear on the line then he must be an ACP and I don't believe any of those guys would share anything except fuel prices and vacation emails.
One of my best friends was in the lay off round back in March/April. A month or two prior he had asked his ACP if he could move to a different base. My friend was told to standby since things were shaky and he was in the danger zone.

Luckily for my friend he landed a very good gig overseas, so his furlough was pretty much a blessing in disguise.

I think that is the problem most people have with you, is that you DON'T agree to disagree. You keep pushing your agenda and hijacking every single thread in the frac board. I know you have the best of intentions, but sometimes discretion and tact send a much more powerful message than constantly repeating your anthem every chance you get.

I don't mean any disrespect, just my take on why everyone is jumping on your back.

That pretty much hit the nail on the head! Why every thread?!? Maybe that's why its getting so old...

What if you start your own thread called "What my husband has done for everyone in the Fractional field" and you can post all day long about teamwork, sending in your cards and why you think every Fractional needs a union. Then all your husbands friends can post there with you and then everyone else that doesn't want to read all your union cheering doesn't have to because it won't be on EVERY other thread.

I'll start the thread for you if you want me too... Let me know

(gets off soapbox...) :p
