Your the exact type that allows the Greeds of the world to walk all over them - then when you wake up one day and say what happened - you'll be the first to whine and cry that nobody did anything.

Your exactly what Fred Greed is looking for.

I'm so sorry Mr. Fast. I just realized I owe you an apology, I just noticed your your massive 5500 total hours of flight time, with that incredible amount of experience you've obviously seen and done it all. PaLeeeeze, I've got more than that in the left seat of just one of the 10 planes I'm typed in. Put a 1 in front of that measly 5500 and at least work for the company you seem to know everything about and then just maybe you'll have some credibility. I am curious however, who are you a co-pilot for?

It never ceases to amaze me how y'all will fight with each other like drunk crazed monkeys and show balls of steel when commenting on a stupid message board but not a one of you will actaully fight for your jobs or your position in life, the company, this industry etc... Is all this b!tching easier or just more fun than actually sticking to your guns and doing something?

Dear Mrs. Flex*wife, spouse, husband, life partner or whatever you are, you don't know the first thing about what me or any other of the professional crewmembers at Flex have done as far as fighting for our jobs or positions in life. For that matter, you don't know a damn thing about me or mine and I find it a little insulting and quite presumptuous that you seem to think you do. You and every other single minded standing on the sideline expert need to broaden your vision a little and finally accept the fact that aviation industry as a whole is suffering, not just FlexJet. Just take a look at the financial numbers for the 800 lb. gorilla of the fractional industry, the numbers are staggering. Were it not for the incredibly deep pockets of Mr. Buffet and B&H, They would quite possibly be bankrupt or certainly downsized significantly, union or not. Time will only tell how long Mr. B or his soon to be announced successor will continue to tolerate the arterial bleeding that's been going on both pre and post union.

As far as drunk crazed monkey's, never seen any but I'll bet it's pretty funny. I'm partial to chimpanzee's how bout you? can you tell me where I could actually see some, other than your imagination?

I've never actually seen testicles made from steel either, I think your confusing them with the BenWah balls you probably have in your nightstand. I also do not have balls, I only have A ball. I lost one to testicular cancer, a condition rather common among many experienced aviators, time at altitude, solar radiation, exposure to radar, the hole in the ozone layer and all that stuff ya know.

God bless.

John McClain -- whilst trying to put me down you proved my point for me without me having to defend any of my statements. Funny how that happens. You are so busy trying to prove what a big man you are all you really did was prove you are one crankY old geezer who needs another hobby. I love those guys who stand behind their flight hours or life experience to excuse their total lack of current relevance to the point at hand. Get real. A guy with 5000 hours wants to keep his job, improve his company, help out his profession every bit as much as you if not not more you condesending dip$hit.

I know the industry is in the crapper and I am far from being on the sidelines so check yourself before you act like such an a$$. You have proved yourself to be one with not a single bit of relevant or helpful discourse on the matters at hand.

Too much info there, Uniball.

Uniball, Wow, that's an original. Never heard that one before UnclePenis, take ya awhile to come up with that one did it? all by yourself? My wife called me that on the way home from the hospital 5 years ago.

You are so busy trying to prove what a big man you are all you really did was prove you are one crankY old geezer who needs another hobby. I am probably younger than you or your hubby, Sweetheart. And oh by the way, working and flying at FlexJet has and always will be a profession and career not a hobby, Snookems. you condesending dip$hit. Now now, that's not very lady like.

I am far from being on the sidelines There's a shocker, tell us all something we don't know. I don't even think your in the parking lot of the stadium, Puddin Pop. before you act like such an a$$. There's that un-lady like language again, you kiss your Flexhubby with that mouth?

Have a blessed day

okay, first off I never claimed to be a lady, just a wife ;-)

Secondly, due to how I am reading your stadium quote, I think you misunderstood me. I am not on the sidelines, I am in the game. As a complete partner to my husband, this very much concerns me, I think about it all the time and try to be as knowledgable and interactive as I can be in order to support him better. I know that some of you either don't believe that or it pi$$es you off or you think I have overstepped my bounds, but I can assure you it's the only partner I know how to be.

Granted I am not flying out on the line and as a non pilot I know that automatically disqualifies me to some of you, but believe me I am invested in what happens at flex in more ways than one. It effects not just my husband but our entire family.

So to bring things back to the point you actually help make for me John, can we please actually get to a place where we resolve or discourse actual issues and stop the pi$$ing matches.

There are serious matters at hand for the economy, the industry and this company. Chest thumping hours or wangy size or what company one works for isn't helpful or relevant in the attempt to garner solutions, understanding or in helping us express our frustration at how screwed up things have become. That is the real purpose of a message board, not all the other stuff this thread has become...

The thread is about how scared crapless some of us are to lose what we have and how pi$$ed some of us are that some have already lost. Just like you say John McClain, Flexjet has always been a CAREER for my husband. I truly hope he gets to retire from there, but if things don't change it worries me he'll never get to. Flying is the only thing he has ever done and I have been out of my career for several years now to raise kids and the pt job I do have now will never support us. I am scared, upset and nervous. And that's not going to go away because you condescend to me or others on here.

So you claim you are young but with 10 type ratings and 15K+ hours. I'll take you at your word and not assume you are just killing time past 60, but if that is really true I would assume you would be in a better position than most here to ride out a storm. If not, I would question your ability to be giving advice at all becuase if my hubby had those numbers I can assure you he would have something to show for it. So just chill a wee bit and stop attacking people who share what should be your goals even if the approach is different.

And no John McClain, God Bless YOU! I just hope he throws in some peace with that blessing.

Your living in a dream world if you think a union is the solution to the problem. This industry sucks right now for everyone of us and there isnt a union out there that is going to fix it.

Fix? No -- not at all. I agree 100%. But don't you at least want a seat at the table that decides your future? A voice in the discussion about your futures? That is ALL I have ever advocated.

I think it is entirely possible for Flexjet to be the best job in the industry regardless of pay scales, duty days, benefits etc... but not if you guys wait on someone else to do it for you.

For those I know support a union it has never been about money. But for enough in the ranks money is enough to stop progress every time there is some in the drive and Flex has gotten good with playing that game. I feel dejected about it, but I think that's the way it will always be. Forgive me for trying to inspire a few people...

What's funny to me is that you both argue on a public forum back and forth, blah blah blah..... Why don't you two email each other and save the space on this board.
mr clain, sounds like you have accomplished alot on the CAB for us at flexjet; can I have your autograph?
