I don't work for GoJet, but I don't blame anyone, especially furloughed ATA/Aloha/Champion, etc.

1) NMB ruled it is a separate carrier.
2) There are no current proceedings to dispute NMB's findings.
3) No flying of struck work.
4) No ALPA recruitment ban.
5) ALPA recommends furloughees to seek employment at GoJet

Seems to me that bashing current GoJet newhires this is all based on emotion, and not reason.

Get ALPA to institute a recruitment ban against GoJet, or file another lawsuit and you guys will have a good case against people that choose to go to GoJet.

As I said before, you might have a case against the first batch of GoJetters, but after the legal decision was handed down... you're just about all out of luck.

But right now, all these arguments and accusations make you look like whiny, emotional and irrational PMS-ing teenage queens.

I agree. Imagine a 25 year old pimple faced FO who's only been a pilot for a few months that has no responsibilities. They are actually calling 20000 hour former AlPA, scumbag, that they can't have the very flying that belongs to mainline, all because a few guys at TSA ********************ed up. It's pretty pathetic.

Hey Options,

I think I'm gonna apply at Flight Options, I hear they are hiring and have some openings. Its always OK until it happens at your place of business right?

dude, what an ass you are. All you do is call people "******************************bags," and then defend GoJets, and then say that Mesa sucks? What, high and mighty pilot, gives you the right to make fun of Mesa?

By the way, you talk about "bills to pay" and a "family to support." If the only word you know is ******************************bag, my guess is you have no family.

Your right I have no family or bills to pay lets ethug some more. Every time I sign on here I get a kick out of people like you. Its a ********************ing job people thats it. Your defending a regional airline! Seriously? I wouldn't even defend a major airline let alone a regional. What high and mighty pilot are you to sit here and say how amazing your company is? Be proud that you are a pilot and that you worked hard to get there, but don't sit an defend a company who overworks you and then goes and underpays you. It's a dirty world out there and if your going to be proud to say I went unemployed rather then fly for a scumbag airline then good for you. More props to you for standing your ground. I on the other hand really just don't care what your opinion is. Opinions are like a$$holes everyone's got one.

You rely on court cases to justify immoral actions. If the courts ruled differently, your opinions would change. Grow your own moral compass. I think ALPA stopped recommending ho jets to their pilots on the street quite some time ago.

WRONG. This is a CAREER, not just a "******* job, and that's it."

A career is something worth fighting for so it makes your education worth while. But if you see it as just a job, then it is something that people like you don't care about. So yes, I should defend a regional, or any other regional where employees care about making it a better place.

Now we know where the problem lies.

Actually the problem is that it's hard for a pilot group to get rid of the bottom feeder mentality most regionals have. Especially at privately held places like TSA, with just one owner. Expressjet was one of the few that had it right as far as management not wanting to be a bottom feeder, but look what happened to them. The majority know that regionals are a means to an end so a lot just don't care.

A career to me doesn't end at a regional its a stepping stone to a better job. I don't care for a place that does not care about me plain and simple. Go to work, punch the clock, and go home. Be done with it, its nothing more than a job but your job apparently has become your life. Now I can understand why pilots get so pissy like yourself. Your job owns your life and you let that happen. If you would be more like me and not give a ******************** you would not be so stressed.
