I think it's blatantly obvious to everyone how much of a liar you are. You patently refuse to answer for your own posts in which you claim to be three different individuals. You simply ignore it whenever it is brought up. But that's ok, because everyone can see it for what it is. You're a liar and a SCAB.

Bored now.

There you go again calling someone a scab with no proof at all just cause they disagree with you. How often did you get beat up during high school? Again, man how many times does it take in your pft brain to set in, I offered you full proof to answer your questions. And here you still refuse them. The proof is on the table, yet like a kid who gets beat up you yell, "I HATE YOU! I'M TAKING MY BALL AND GOING HOME!" Seriously, you really need to go back to school and earn an education. It will serve you alot better in the future than your high school education serves you now.

See ya!

If you say so.

No Steven, you said so. Remember...
You wrote it here

Never said I take it for granted. As you pointed out I'm "training PSA pilots since I'm a J4J Capt." Looks like I'm taking advantage of it.
I realize your online college education doesn't permit you to understand the english language, but why, if you claim to be retired, do you also claim to be a j4j captain?
I realize that you are a complete liar, and have been exposed for the phony you are, but at least answer the question. Even someone with no college such as yourself can come up with something.....
Golly gee wally, I know you can do it!

Don't worry steven, someday you'll get that degree, and can ask your man for that high school ring he's carrying around his neck!

Degree mill bill/general/737,

If you say so.

No need to get your jealous panties in a wad. Sometime in the future the day arrive when you can retire and will no longer have to sling gear and talk on the radio. At that point you will have plenty of time to attend a genuine institution of higher learning and earn a real degree(not one you pay for and they send you in the mail). However I'm sorry to inform you that this time you'll actually have to physically attend classes as they won't give you credit and mail you a degree for your "life experience"

6.7 ba ba BILLION!

See ya!

P.S. A diploma is something you earn in high school not college. Did your degree mill education not teach you that?

O.K, now I a little confused, looking at this from the outside, but 'what action' (a specific action), has USAPA taken/done so far that has 'disenfranchised' 1/2 the pilot group. Name a specific action that they have actually taken, or is it a 'perception that their future' actions and policies will disenfranchise someone???

PD

USAPA completed the entire Constitution and By Laws without any input from anyone on the west. They have staffed all of the committeees strictly with east appointees. They have rigged the representation so that 40 of the pilots get about 17% of the reps. Do I need to go on? I will.

They made one token visit to the west prior to the election. They have repeatedly ignored the requests of west pilots to abandon DOH, which will marginalize every former AWA pilot. They have refused to recognize the concerns of the former AWA pilots and show no evidence that they will be changing their stance anytime soon.

So can you tell me why any west pilot should join in USAPA other than to gain greater access to aid in its dismantling? They are not the leaders anyone wants to follow. They are, for lack of a more sophisticated term, bullies. They refuse to work with anyone cooperatively, but rather choose confrontation when numbers are on their side, threats when they are desperate, or cries of "pity me - or else" when they choose to stake everything on an unfair and unteneable position like DOH.

Parker gave in to them with painting airplanes, boarding priority and crewroom access which did nothing but alienate the former AWA workers and embolden the USAPAians. Now he is obligated to step in and break up the fight he fostered between the two rival groups. It has gone beyond what is manageable and teeters on the brink of danger. He needs to provide the mediation between these groups and stop treating the pilots like vendors. They are employees and as such he has a responsibility to discipline them and not cower in fear of some bogus lawsuit that Seaham may draw up.

You mean like you do on the 190 Steven?

No Steven, remember, you're the one without a degree, you said so, just like you're a j4j guy. Just lik you're a 190 f/o. Which is it? Oh that's right, you just keep saying the same things over and over. Terets syndrome people with no college tend to do that!

6.7 ba ba BILLION!

N- N- N- N-icalou! Sling that gear on the 190 Steven!
P.S. A diploma is something you earn in high school not college. Did your degree mill education not teach you that?

PFT_128 has to be the biggest retard ever to post. He his a PFT Gulfstream Academy graduate with no college who flies for Valuejet. Give me a break. Anybody who takes this retard serious is a moron.

Some one needs to quote this.

Ah, I see "Marty" has posted. I have you on ignore, but reading your actual post isn't necessary. Since SaturnPilot has already proven that you're an impostor, it doesn't matter. I wonder if you and Bdfg1 are the same person just with different accounts? That would make sense since both of you are liars, impostors, and SCABs.

From Webster's definition:

3 a: a contemptible person

I think that clears that up.
American Heritage:
  1. A worker who refuses membership in a labor union.
  2. An employee who works while others are on strike; a strikebreaker.
  3. A person hired to replace a striking worker.

Yes, we are impostors. We are actually Gulfstream B-1900 drivers. PFT_128 use to swing gear for me til he washed out. PFT_128 could not land the B-1900, so he was not accepted for employment after his training contract of 30000.- expired. He weights over 250 lbs. and is 5ft 6 inches. He loves cuban sandwiches and diet coke.

you are liars,

Ahh there you go again. I think I've pretty much proven who is the one who likes to rely on untruths and refuses to acknowledge facts.

In case you have forgotten...facts...those little things that you, "couldn't care less about". Remember that one?

See ya!

You can sue all ya want...

but one sad, sad, SAD fact-

for all of you USAPA yeller-lanyard chickens$it dou chebags, understand one harsh idea:

Slash and burn, scorched earth, salting the earth tactics does not ever bring back one thing: YOUTH.

No matter what crap you viagra popping flopgut hypertensive children fling at the rest of the industry and your "brethren"- most of us will reap the rewards of fixing the turdfilled sandbox you've made long, long after you're buried-- EVEN WITH AGE 65.

Check it out- I can still run, I can still bang a woman regularly without chemistry, I still get looks from women that don't wear depends, I get ID'ed for beer, my age passed my waist size years ago, and I still have plenty of time to cobble together a retirement outside of this wrecked shell you've created.

Plenty of time.

Sleep well, oh aged gentry. Your names will be writ large as the most disgraceful, hypocritical and cowardly group of labor related sellouts in history.

Pass that salt, old timer. See ya.

ROTFLMAO!

STOP!!! There is now Coke all over my computer screen!

This is, without a doubt, the FI post of the year!

God d*mn that was some funny stuff. Well done, sir.

Hi Steven:

If you say so.

No need to get your jealous panties in a wad. Sometime in the future the day arrive when you can upgrade off the 190 and will no longer have to sling gear and talk on the radio on it. That's not true.

From a Q and A on The Hub:

31. Question: I am curious that nary a word has been mentioned regarding the Nicolau Award? All mergers are tough, this one has all the ingredients of a disaster. 16 to 14 years of service behind an 2005 new hire - need I say more. I think I was hired in 1986 but now I have the purchasing power of a June 1998 hire. I think something needs to be said. A war is in the making and it needs to be quelled. 22 years ago I experienced an eerily similar award at Air Wisconsin. I was very content there until a merger award came down. The acrimony and toxic work environment that followed were gut wrenching. Its dejavu all over again. Your silence is deafening.

Answer: A number of pilots have asked whether the Company can intervene and
have the seniority integration award modified or set aside entirely. The Company's role in the seniority integration process is limited, and is spelled out in the Transition Agreement entered into by the East and West MECs in September 2005. Pursuant to the terms of the Transition Agreement, the integrated seniority list is determined in accordance with the ALPA Merger Policy, and the list is submitted to the Company by ALPA national for
acceptance. At this time, we know that the list has been sent to both ALPA MECs. ALPA national has not yet submitted the list to the Company. When they do submit the list, the Company then evaluates the award to determine compliance with the five criteria set forth in the Transition Agreement. If all of the criteria are satisfied, the Company MUST accept the list; it does not have the discretion to unilaterally revise the list or to reject it, again, so long as the criteria are met. Those criteria are:

1. no "system flush" whereby an active pilot may displace any other active pilot from the latter's Position; and 2. furloughed pilots may not bump/displace active pilots; and 3. no requirement for pilots to be compensated for flying not performed (e.g., differential pay for a position not actually flown); and

4. allows pilots who, at the time of implementation of an integrated seniority list, are in the process of completing or who have completed initial qualification training for a new category (e.g., A320 Captain or 757 First
Officer) to be assigned to the position for which they have been trained, regardless of their relative standing on the integrated seniority list; and

5. does not contain conditions and restrictions that materially increase costs associated with training or company paid moves.

Fast forward...the list is delivered to Parker and accepted.

Translation for those of you that didn't get it the first time....The Nic will stick!

Reality, Parker has to make nice with a new union if he ever wants to make progress at USAir. There will never be peace with the nic, it is a cancer. Also with the nic, since there will be constant termoil, there will not be a third party merger, can't be done. No I am not a USAir pilot.
