I'm pretty sure once a rejex always a rejex..

Well, 90% of the 1100 posts on this thread are from FORMER Regex'rs. So not sure what the deal is. If it were for current employees, you'd have 2 maybe 3 people posting.

By the way.......happy 1100th post!!!

Wow, didn't even realize I was the lucky 1,100 poster. I was looking for an excuse to drink some brewskis, now I found it - THANKS! LOL

I don't know about you guys, but my day is a little brighter now, Just got the good news that Regions will be opening the doors sometime in May. Class will be held soon, so hit the books!

Well, at least one, but he's a dispatcher. Regex is one of the few 121 operations where dispatchers get paid more than the pilots-nevertheless there is no proof of how many times I left...ten early!

CorpeX still breathing!

Wonderful news! I assume at first it will be as Great Lakes Temporary Connection, aka American Dis-Connection, aka Trans World Arewethereyet-Express. ;)

Have you heard anything about what flying y'all be doing further down the road? Will there be an X-Connection, or maybe a Y-Express, or will there be charter flights? Either way, great news, I'm happy RejeX keeps hanging on...

Ps. What about callsign? Will it be Chuckex now? Or Greatex? Or maybe Lakex? Keep rollin’ baby!...

Anyone know if taildraggerpilot ever did this:

"soon i'll have a new word to add to my vocabulary.......BOEING

and one to remove.........RegionsAir"

or.. is he still at Regions?

"1991 Payscale-uh, -EX"
 That's great!

I'd like to clarify one thing for all the tentative new hires in the pool. In the contract there is a paragraph allowing the newhire to choose between KY Jelly and Sand. A little heads up...the company ran out of KY back in the 90's!

Has anyone seen the RegionsAir.com homepage?

I like this line: "RegionsAir operates 16 aircraft as AmericanConnection & Continental Connection with service to 14 cities in 7 states with 250 employees utilizing BAe Jetstream 32 and Saab 340A aircraft."

16 aircraft eh?

So, let's see..

5 operational JS32's + 2 operational S340's = 16 aircraft?

I guess it's that DC style mathematics.. ;)

I ready this about 4 times and I still can't for the life of me figure out what you are talking about.

I think (not 100% sure) he means this forum is for current and not former rejexers...But I think once a rejex - always a rejex, no?

No...

Well, the day you quit Corpex and move on somewhere else we’ll let you totally forget you were ever there and pretend like you never even worked at Corporate Express/Corporate Airlines/RegionsAir.

For the rest of us just let us enjoy OUR forum of present, current and hopefully future Rejexers, the ones who loved it there (call me crazy I’m one of them), the ones who hated it and the ones who just tolerated it. No harm done, discussions, jokes and recollections have never hurt anyone…

A body temperature of 98.6º F or 37º C? Just guessin’ ;)
I imagine the Looney Tests (if the man is still there) would sift out the "weaker" ones. At least you get an A&P certificate when you're done with his tests:)
