Its not instant gratification, they aren't meeting and haven't communicated for some tx now. How are we to get a contract done if you don't communicate? Per the latest MEC fast read, they are still waiting by the phone to see IF the NMB will offer up a proffer of arbitration. Don't hold your breath, you might turn blue. Simply put, we have given the current MEC 4 years w/ moderate results. These end games are asinine and it is tx for change in the MEC. If you don't like LJ, for whatever reason, then don't vote for her and give the others a fair chance.

The current MEC says they are following the mandate given them through the polling and surveys. Maybe they are listening to the majority rather than the minority, as it should be!

What mandate will the Jackson 5 follow? Scott Hall told at least one R/T class that Lynn would make a good MEC Chairman! That should answer the first question and many other suspicions about the Jackson 5.

According to people that were here, the pilot group delivered the last contract! Maybe, the sleeping Giant needs to wake up!

YGTBSM! Wanting this to be done after 4+years isn't "instant gratification". I don't think a contract has ever taken as long as this one. I am not looking for "instant gratification", and I am definately not a Gen Xer.

I can tell you what my primary interest is. That is stopping the transfer of airplanes to Skywest and job protection. Many pilots I talk to say the same thing.

For those who are thinking about voting for her when the time comes, ask around to hear what she and her younger, way younger, boyfriend did when they were on the CNC last contract. Have you seen this mandate? I haven't and neither has any other member of the rank and file. I wonder why?

LJ was instrumental in working on our current contract. This contract was, according to many of those here at the DOS, industry leading at that tx. If the only reason you have for not voting for LJ is b/c of what SH may or may not have said in a R/T class then you need to start thinking for yourself.

OK, since offering nothing but the threat, I'll go for one at a time. For God's sake, who isn't for the stop of transfering airplanes to Skywest. Boy, that's an easy one. If your not for that, Geezz! How about we have seen what the Leader of the Jackson 4(+1 in the closet), is capable of. They want us to run the white flag up the pole. A cease fire on one side will solve absolutely nothing unless both sides want that. They want us to lay down our weapons, and then let them patrol our streets with their's drawn. Absolutely not. Why go this far just to say, OK we forget about all the stuff NB did while he was in charge, the 3 nap grievence debacle, calling us on our days off and drafting us, and then saying they can't honor this contract(SH) but will(maybe) honor the next one.

Letting your neighbor sh1t in your yard and him saying you should like it because it is the cost of doing business, is no way to live your life. This is about standing up for what you believe in and not just letting people steamroll you. This is the lesson of life that is so blatantly obvious, the other side even gets it.
