MCDU obviously has a vested interest in screwing the West pilots. However, I seriously doubt he currently works for US Air. Probably a furloughee who moved on and regrets it or some kind of Family tie to the former AAA.

So Dope, get 200 hrs. multi yet? There are still plenty of PFT gigs out there where you can build your multi time at a price. (You could try Gulfstream again). That PFT multi time would put you in a prime spot when Mesa starts hiring again.

Stick with it Kid. You will one day get that airline job your Daddy promised you.

If you'd flown for them (or just about any other regional) you'd be able to tell the difference.

Back when I was in my first indoc with former regional pilots they spoke with amazement at how much better the majors were and explained what made the regionals so bad. But I have to tell you the contracts of today are eerily similar to the horror I heard from regionals. I suppose the regionals have experienced a similar proportional slide in worsening contracts.
