Upgrade in the Citation and in need of a ground instructor

From talking with a couple crews from there over the past few weeks, doesn't sound like a very enjoyable place to be... or just ran into the few rotten apples.

CDogg, read page 12 for an idea of what its like there. Granted, the most vocal post their opinion on fltinfo. Mgt is inexperienced, they have never run a company this size, hopefully they are learning. BTW I have softened my view of TMC mgt since I quit. I have taken the stance of "forgive them for they know not what they do"

You have know idea, many want out! They have us by the balls, kinda like Elin has Tigers. With regard to the drinking policy being true, just ask those that have been terminated because of it.

They most likely are under training contracts. Some of the slimeball operators now even make you sign before attending recurrent. Very close to a slave labor situation.

Travel Management relizes they're far and few other opportunites out there with regard to flying jobs. Management can keep taketh away and there is not a damn thing the pilot group can do about it, ie. no pay for recurrent training anymore, hiring street captains instead of upgrading qualified candidates within the company (f/o upgrades now have an interview of at least an hour, versus a street captain you just meet and no nothing about. ie work ethic, problem child, etc.). Not allowing Be400 captains the opportunity to transition to the HS125-800.

What else did I leave out? I've never been more dissapointed with my job than I am right now! I hope the industry recovers much sooner than it will.

Thought I heard a Charlie Tango Citation around the NYC area today as I was flying through. Are the CII pilots basically transitioning gradually over to the Beechjet fleet?

No drinking is Ok...but are they sharing hotel rooms for 15 days?

I believe Citations. We don't share hotels and it has never been considered. We stay mainly in Hilton or Marriott properties.
